Obtained from Horror From The Deep quest containing all missing pages. (The missing pages can be acquired from treasure trails or by cremating Vyrewatch monsters. They also can be bought from players!)

Should you lose your any of the Prayer books talk to Jossik at the Lighthouse north of Barbarian outpost and he'll give you it back for free.
Once you have filled one book with all four pages you are able to acquire the others from Jossik.
Equipping the any of the Prayer books allows you to perform various rites and blessings and also preach and perform ceremonies (i.e Last rite, Wedding rite). Performing such rites and blessing uses up 25% of your special attack bar.
Only a full Holy book can bless an Unblessed symbol to an Holy symbol.
