Doric's Quest Guide

Difficulty: Novice
Length: Short
Members only: No

Reward:

• 1 quest point
• 1300 Mining XP
• 180gp
• Permission to use Doric's anvils

Start:

Doric's House (north of Falador, near the members' gate)

Needed skills:

• Level 15 Mining (you have to buy the ores if you're below level 15 mining)

Needed items:

• A Pickaxe (you can get a Bronze Pickaxe during the quest)

Walkthrough

• Talk to Doric to start the guest after a short conversation he will tell you to collect 6 Clay, 4 Copper Ore and 2 Iron Ore. In return he will allow you to use his anvils.

• Make sure you have a Pickaxe, if not go to Barbarian Village. In Barbarian Village in one of the houses is a Bronze Pickaxe. Or if you have a high enough level you can kill Level 10 Dwarfs which also drop Bronze Pickaxes.

• It is best to head to the Dwarven mines to collect your ores because it's the closest source of ores. The Dwarven Mines are located North-East of Falador. There is a trapdoor that leads down to the mines, go down it. (For more details view the map walkthrough section of the guide)

• If you go South into the mines you will see iron and copper rocks. Mine 2 Iron Ore and 4 Copper Ore. If you look a little bit further South, you will see the clay rocks, which you should mine 6 of.

• Return back to Doric with all the ore and claim your reward!
